  27. I have the Motorola Lifestyle Internal Modem, and included was the QuickLink II 
  28. comm/fax software, actualy the comm portion of QuickLink worked fine. I t was the 
  29. fax stuff that was a nightmare, it would crash after 6 faxes sent!! I run a PB 
  30. 486DX and mine is older than yours, so our fax card was a separate card, stand 
  31. alone as it were,  my hardware engineer husband removed it.

  33. I agree with another respondant regarding the software package, this modem has 
  34. wierd modem strings, but it operates superbly!! I went to Delrina's Winfax pro 4.0 
  35. (WFW 3.11) and no problems at all!!!
